is there a gap here you can latch on? Can you offer something significantly different that will more than fill their need?
how will you position your brand?
Once you get the need identification and product positioning right, you're set to go.
But before you start firing on all cylinders, there are a couple of things to think about.
1. How will you price your product?
2. How will you distribute it?
3. What is your target market?
4. What's your budget?
5. How will you fund your small business?
6. What's the pay back period?
